About Ruth
Hi, Welcome to my website. Have a browse and get in touch with any queries. I have almost 20 years of experience as a holistic therapist, healer and teacher. Contact details: [email protected] tel: +44 (0)7545 47 48 78. In-person and zoom appointments are available Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. One evening per week and an occasional Saturday are also available.
Background
My journey with energy healing began with Usui (traditional) Reiki, Seichim and crystals, training with Christine McBride. I then developed therapist skills with intensive training in clinical hypnotherapy, advanced hypnotherapy and regression therapy at The Regression Academy, England. I am a children's tutor and an adult trainer for the Connected Kids Meditation & Mindfulness training programme - I train meditation teachers for kids from tots to teens. I am one of the first few Master Teachers of Psychic Reiki TM, having completed the senior teacher training with founder Joanne McMillan. For many years I enjoyed training in psychic studies with some amazing teachers. Now, all of these skills and experiences have honed together as I offer a unique therapy and healing service to my clients that has firm roots in a spiritual practice.
Types of Sessions
Most people don't know what type of session they want beforehand. We can work that out together. My sole focus is to empower you. That might mean releasing fears or phobias, increasing confidence, soul guidance, relief from anxiety and stress reduction. Sometimes clients will say they don't know what's wrong. But together we can "untangle the knots". All you need to do is be open to positive change.
It can be a talking session or a quiet healing session. Combination sessions can also be accommodated.
If you'd like to try something new, Soul Alchemy sessions are now available online and in person. These soul sessions are a unique blend of therapeutics and intuition to help you walk the pathway to greater freedom and soul connection. (Soul Alchemy workshops are also running).
I run a private practice, as a holistic therapist and workshop facilitator. I work from Helen's Bay, Co. Down.
A session with me can include natural healing methods; meditation (adults and children), crystals, distance healing, regression therapy, ancestral healing, inner child healing, trauma and phobia release, current life regression, energy clearance and clinical hypnotherapy.
In a nutshell, I help people feel better, release blocks, help them to see a 'bigger picture' perspective, and help them heal, move forward and grow. Often the root cause of mental, emotional, spiritual and physical concerns is uncovered - which leads the way for healing, insight and understanding.
I enjoy working with people both on a 1-2-1 basis, and in groups or workshops.
