How would you like to lay your hands on £200 a month? Sounds good doesn't it? Well, it's easy. If you smoke a packet of cigarettes a day, that's how much you will earn if you stop smoking.
It's a costly habit isn't it? With a packet of cigarettes topping the £7 mark, isn't it time to call it a day? That's exactly what one woman commented on at my Smoking Cessation Group Hypnosis session today. As well as being tied to the financial burden, she shared her feelings of being "trapped by the addiction" and unable to see a way out of it until she heard about the success of hypnosis. Many people do have great success with patches and the gum, and also some medications. But for some, it can be a long and arduous process. And the alleged side effects (such as nausea, rashes and irritability) can have a detrimental effect. Before you know it, you can be reaching for the cigarettes again. And, let's face it, sometimes will power is not enough! Two Hours to Freedom! Two hours is all it takes to be free from the addiction of cigarettes. I run group hypnosis sessions so that clients can share the experience and feel confident that they are not alone in the decision. Being able to understand the myths about the addiction to nicotine, learning what is actually inside a cigarette and its effects is powerful and life changing. Exciting Life Changes And, as an ex-smoker myself, I offer plenty of tried and tested tips to keep you on track as a non-smoker. My tailored 'life plan' advice creates a sense of security and safety - it's all about putting you back in control of your life, and gives practical advice on aspects such as how to cope in social situations or at key stress trigger times. Through informed information, effective hypnosis, positive life changes and support you too can be a non-smoker. Take control, take back your life, your health, and your money. The next group sessions are on Saturday 28 May and Sunday 29 May 12-2pm. The price is £80 for the 2-hour session (less than 2 weeks of smoking 20 a day!) Book your place now - booking is essential. Knowing how much we all love a little indulgence every now and then, I'm letting you know about a special treats day on Sunday 8th May, at Bangor Physiotherapy Practice.
Together with Ciara Ralston Relfexology, we are offering a rather special 'pick and mix' of treatments for the tempting price of only £10 per treatment! Treats on Offer: Reflexology Indian Head Massage Intensive Neck & Shoulders Massage 'Natural Lift' Facial Massage Group De-Stress Hypnosis Pick one, or why not go for 2 or 3 treatments - you know you're worth it! From talking to clients, we know how hard everyone finds it to take some time out. This is why we have planned this introductory day on a Sunday - the pace is a little slower, and for those with young children, partners or family can help out with the childcare to allow you to indulge in a little 'you' time. Places are available from 10 am to 4 pm - and it is essential that you pre-book as we have a limited number of spaces. I am delighted to be able to offer the Group De-Stress Hypnosis for the first time at the Practice. I am keeping numbers small so that the atmosphere is totally relaxing and completely enjoyable. I will guide you into a wonderfully relaxing hypnosis, which will have tremendous positive and balancing effects for you. If you've any queries, please do phone or email and we look forward to seeing you on Sunday 8th May, at Bangor Physiotherapy Practice, Balloo Court, Balloo Way, Bangor.
