I am gleefully preparing to set off to England tomorrow... joining up again with the amazing Regression Academy, and taking another step closer to qualifying as a Regression Therapist. I'm looking forward to what I am going to learn and trusting that I have the strength to grow from the experiences! I'm so looking forward to seeing my fellow students and staying in the character-filled Gaunt's House (for those that have stayed there, you'll know exactly what I mean!).
Preparation is pretty important when it comes to planning for a successful trip, but it's also an effective way of eliminating or at least reducing stress in your life. If you are prepared - you've done all that you can do, everything is in order - then you can be confident that you have prepared the way for your plans to take seed and turn out successfully. Stress is only doubt and fear. When you have prepared, then you have got rid of stress. Relax, and let life happen. When you think back to times in your life when you were stressed, what was the common denominator? Forget about why you were stressed, just think about what lead up to the stress and what fuelled the stress.... Stress is always about fear. Fact. Stress, worry, anxiety, what ever you want to call it, it resides with fear, the unknown, the 'what if' land. Stress lies in the unknown future, the next page of the story that we cannot read yet. Well, here's something that I learned, there is absolutely no point worrying your way into tomorrow, instead I am happily planning and preparing for it by being positive right here, right now, today. Preparing for tomorrow can only mean that you enjoy today. Here and now, right here is where it begins. And if, while you are reading this, you're thinking you're a little off kilter, a little sad or down... how can you possibly be preparing for a positive day tomorrow? I know, it can't be all flowers and roses in life all the time, but if you are feeling a bit out of sorts, just swap the thought for a happy one. The easiest way to do this is with affirmations. Here are a few of my favourites and if you say them regularly, with meaning, they will be true for you. Everything is working out for my highest and greatest good. Out of this situation only good will come. Right here and now I am safe and I am blessed. Abundance surrounds me everywhere. I am happy, whole and complete. There is only love.
